Emma Repp-Maxwell Promoted to Director of Membership & Events

Loren Moreland, Andrea Barlow, Marla Novak, and Mike SuggsColorado Springs, CO (December 11, 2025) — The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (CSHBA) continued its 75-year tradition of electing respected industry leaders to guide the association. Loren Moreland, Vice President of Classic Homes, was installed as the 2026 HBA President at the Association’s Annual Membership Reception, held Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at The Pinery at the Hill. Doug Stimple, CEO of Classic Homes, installed Moreland and the incoming board members during the ceremony.

 

The HBA’s 2025 President Andrea Barlow, Principal at N.E.S., Inc., moved to the position of Immediate Past President, and Michael Suggs of NAI Highland was sworn in as the President-Elect. Kyle Campbell (Classic Consulting, Engineers & Surveyors), Nicole Schanel (Matrix Design Group), Dan Jarboe (Norwood Development Group), Eric Isaacson (Toll Brothers), Mike Ujlaky (Stoneybrook Homes), Mark Long (Vanguard Homes) were installed to the board.

 

Sixteen volunteer chairs of the Association’s committees and councils were also recognized at the reception. Together, these and other members contributed more than 5,500 volunteer hours this year in support of the building industry.  CSHBA’s membership represents approximately 470 companies.

The achievements of our members and the volunteer time they contribute not only serve to further the HBA’s mission to keep housing affordable but give strength to the housing and building industry in our local community as a whole.
