Emma Repp-Maxwell Promoted to Director of Membership & Events
Colorado Springs, CO (December 15, 2025) —
We’re delighted to announce that Emma Repp-Maxwell has been promoted from Membership & Events Manager to Director of Membership & Events at the Colorado Springs Housing & Building Association (CSHBA).
Since joining CSHBA in July 2024, Emma has quickly become an indispensable part of our team. She brings a diverse professional background — including roles with Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, U.S. Figure Skating, and Maple and Moss Designs — as well as three years of service with the Peace Corps. Her broad experience and passion for community-centered work have made a meaningful impact on our members.
“Emma has such a natural ability to connect with people and elevate everything she works on. She jumped right in and made an immediate impact with our members and our team. This promotion is truly well-deserved, and I’m excited to see her continue to shine in this leadership role.” said Marla Novak, Executive Officer of CSHBA.
In her time with CSHBA, Emma has strengthened engagement with member committees, enhanced our Parade of Homes event, introduced popular new member gatherings, and forged partnerships with local businesses and venues. Her leadership, creativity, and drive have elevated membership experiences and contributed to our organizational success.
Please join us in congratulating Emma on her well-deserved promotion and celebrating her continued leadership within the Association!
